Using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM tools, we model each turbine completely in 3D and prepare all assembly, production, and installation documentation tailored to the implementation phase. Our decades of in-house expertise are combined with hydraulic profiles based on proven model tests, which shape the efficiency of our plants. For highly stressed components, we carry out FEM analyses, strength calculations, and modal analyses to optimize loads, vibrations, and operational reliability. Following this principle, we manufacture all key components in-house, maintaining full control over every step of the production process. Using modern CNC machines, we produce individual parts and assemblies in a wide range of dimensions – from turning diameters (up to Ø 1,300 mm) to large-scale milling operations. All production steps – from material intake through machining, welding, metalwork, and bending – are carried out internally by our permanent staff. We rely on high-quality European raw materials and, if requested, perform inspections and acceptance testing according to customer specifications. Short communication lines and direct coordination allow us to remain flexible, fast, and precise. The result: technically sophisticated, durable components, perfectly matched to the requirements of our customers.

Following this principle, we treat all components – from surface preparation to final coating. Properly prepared parts are the foundation for a long-lasting protective layer. For this reason, all sandblasting is carried out in-house, ensuring the necessary surface cleanliness. For our turbines, we use proven epoxy resin systems from Avenarius Agro and select the appropriate primer and coating structure depending on the application area. The combination of thorough preparation, professional layer application, and high-quality materials guarantees corrosion protection that reliably extends the service life of our components.

Each deployment is supported by fully equipped installation vehicles and a company truck, allowing us to respond flexibly and deliver materials to the site on schedule.
